Recover a locked Gmail Account

The first step is to try to login with the phone number used instead of the password.  Users have to add their own phone number when opening an account, which can be used for two-step verification later.

The second step is to use the recovery e-mail ID or phone number.  Google always allows you to send one-time passwords to the e-mail ID or phone number associated with the account.  So always keep the phone number used and change it if necessary.

As a third step, the user will be able to recover the e-mail ID using his iPhone or iPad.  Because the user will not be asked for verification or password in these devices.

The next step is for Android users.  Every Android smartphone is associated with a Google Account.  You need to enter the account from the mobile number used for user verification.  In this case it is better to use Google Authenticator app.  It constantly generates code.

In case of login, each user uses the saved device in certain places.  In this way, it is possible to login to the account from home or office by using browser of specific device.

In case of e-mail login, there is nothing to fear if the specific recovery option does not work or the reply does not match.  At the bottom of the Google Accounts page, the Wage We Can Verify You option will show the Google Recovery Number or E-mail.

It is also possible to access the e-mail ID by answering security questions.  When there was no two-step verification, some questions were added to the e-mail account.  Which would later help to open the account.  In this case no question can be avoided.

Google asks users to enter an old password as a step to confirm their identity.  It is better to save the old ones after changing the password.  Even if you don't remember the old password, it's best to keep trying.

The last step is to try to remember when the e-mail account was opened.  Even if you don't remember the correct answer, it will help.  To get this option you need to look for the first welcome message.
